While you have concerns re the way the pinks trade, it is a key requirement for a CEO like yourself, who wants to grow a better company, to get familiarized with the automated algoritmic trading program that all mms are using now in all exchanges in the market. This program can be manualized if needed by the mm of your stock to make a market and get things under their control. In general the algorithm is a program based on the chart technicals and company fundamentals. In your case the fundamental have almost a near 0 input to the program data, with 37K rev and 0 net profit. Your share structure has 700+m shares OS with an AS of 850m.
If you look deeply at the chart, the stock and the mms have done an excellent job so far. There is no place to blame for the pumps and dumps. The pumps are done by the ones who know the algorithms well, and know exactly when they need to sell. When thy sell, they need a lot of people to buy their millions of shares. This is the pump phase to get people to buy those millions of shares.
This is also the start of the next phase when another set of groups or the same groups will sell short to reap the benefit of the price retrace to the lows. They know the algorithm will take the price to the 0005 again. The bashings and dumps begin.
This is the dump phase, when those who bought the pumped shares get frustrated and sell their holdings. Remember the pumpers already sold.
At these times you read hundreds of bashing posts from frustrated holders. In addition paid bashers also post to get these holders to sell at a lower price, so they can buy back again or cover their short positions in the lows. Then there are those who re-enter and holders adding to their holdings to average in. These try to get support from the company for help in stabilizing the fall. This is what few of us have been posting the last three weeks.
You diluted upto 710m shares before Feb2012. The stock fell to a low of under 0.0005 end of 2011, then in Feb2012 tested the dma50, then in Mar 2012 tested dma100, then tested the next important metric in the algorithm in April(most seasoned mms will know this metric). This was the interim high in the algorithm. Since April 2012, the stock has retraced and retested the 0005-0007 low again in June-July.
This next phase in the algorithm began a couple of days back. It will churn for a few days and weeks till another pump begins. They know what is in the algorithm for the next phase.
Your new releases and information will always be used by mms and traders and groups for their trading advantage. The pumps and dumps must be well understood and everyone must figure out how to weave their investment strategies around this knowledge.
Re your concern for Monicalaw, not buying millions becasue of the uncertainty of the company- can you guarantee that you will not dilute beyond 710m shares. If you can everyone will be very glad to buy millions and hold for better days.
If you cannot do this, it is risky to hold even 100k shares , because we do not know when the bashers and dumpers will take this to 0.0001.
