Trueblue, The Fisher's found quite a few emeralds at the Atocha wreck site. Go on the internet and Google it. It's there.

As far as where the emeralds were found ? Read the latest Court Brief in the case. Apparently the brief points out that the emeralds may or may not have been found where the Admiralty Claim says they were. Woman Key is mentioned. Not my words, that is what is alleged in the court brief. For some reason. I don't think the Fisher's Attorney's would put that in the brief, if they didn't have proof to back it up in Court at the Trial. But hey, that's just my opinion from reading the Court Brief.

The brief also mentions that Jay found the emeralds with 2 Mexican's in early 2010. It doesn't mention a map with the Mexican's. It just mentions Jay out on a dive and they stumbled upon them. Then it mentions a second story about paying $50,000 to an unnamed diver for a map.

I think that unknown diver will eventually have to appear in Court and Testify. But again, that is just my opinion.

I think all anyone in this case wants is the truth and for the case to be over. I think it may be a while before this case is resolved and that's the way it should be, in my opinion.

Just my personal opinion

Once again, if the judge rules that the Emeralds were found OUTSIDE the "legal treasure zone of the Atocha", Y would there need to b any discovery phase(from FISHERS EXPERTS)on the Emeralds. If the judge rules this, then i would think that it wouldnt matter what mine they came from. No diff. then finding coins from the same place at diff. ship wreck sites. ANYONE???
