Ugh, that's sounds nasty. But somebody should do something fast, or the result will be a helluva lot of flies.

Read an article about fish dying because of the heat. Evidently that's creating some nasty smells...

Yeah ... That one of the bad things about warm/hot weather. Nothing like opening your garbage cans and seeing all the dancing rice!!
