This was the context. I was responding to a post that included this statement:
"Traffic flow seems not a big issue."
The statement was made in reference to the hearing regarding the permit modification. It seemed to me that the poster wasn't aware of the planned work to be done on Buffalo Avenue. There will be greater incoming and outgoing traffic at the plant if the modification is permitted and that fact, combined with the work on the main crossing road to Iroquois, in my opinion, could be a subject at the hearing. That would render it an issue. Whether it is a big issue or not, I felt it was at least bigger than the poster considered it to be.
Read it again, a little slower this time:
"My view via Google Maps suggests that a closure of Buffalo Ave would deny trailer access to the plant. It wouldn't seem that that would be permitted, but it might at least be part of the subject matter of the hearing....rather than some "agenda"."
