No. I actually think the Markman hearing will resolve a lot... and that the enormous $ and effort has been expended mostly in the effort trying to prevent it from ever getting that far. I think once this passes that test... the rules of the game will change.

I do think there is an ongoing effort in suppression... and, as the links posted recently clearly show... it's not just CLYW who are being hurt by the coordinated efforts of the telecom carriers... to engage in whatever they find useful, while trying to defend their outrageous and bloated pricing schemes.

Microsoft's OS products are being boycotted in the market now... because the carriers have made it clear that they don't like it that Microsoft bought Skype ?

Hmmm. LOTS there worth looking at... perhaps beginning with how it is possible that the carriers exercise any influence at all over the retail distribution channels in the markets for devices ?

Makes it all the more interesting, doesn't it... to wonder what was in the Justice Department's settlement with AT&T that disposed of their "technology suppression" claims in the suits DOJ filed ?

No wonder, perhaps, that those settlements are SEALED ?

I think the now obvious "appearance" that there is gross corruption at work within the executive branch... doesn't necessarily require that the fact of it will be reflected in parallel corruption occurring in BOTH the Delaware and Texas courts ?

So, I'd say instead of what you said, that it is a fair statement that I believe the existing effort in suppression will continue... right up until the point that the effort fails.

My expectation re the probability of that failure occurring might be different than others...
