Should there be a filing with the SEC concerning this info?
Or maybe there is, and that is the reason for the symbol change to RRID on the website.

I've been doing some DD on Mr. Knoll and it appears that he has not been a Boy Scout & I don't think I'd let my Girl Scout sell him cookies. OMO.
