The latter. I would also complain to FINRA and the S. E. C., but I would expect no results from that. Since the principals have only whatever money they have recently lifted from shareholders (of this and other companies) through stock manipulation, there is really nothing for anyone to go after. These people have been at it for the better part of a decade (at least) now.
