1) No legitimate company does business in the manner you describe.

2) Phone numbers for this company are irrelevant, and you'd be better off without them, since the only thing you could ever possibly reach is some "IR" person who will feed you a line of nonsense about the company and what it is doing (which, in reality, is nothing).

According to this artical, Mr. Knoll has been appointed CEO of Rock Ridge Resources since May of 2012.
