just pointing out the strategy to accumulate shares in a stock you own a large chunk of and not create additional selling pressure.
do you understand this strategy? it is not used by traders as they make money off spreads but large institutions and investors do this.
there are also the market makers for each brokerage that buy and sell to keep it liquid and to replenish accounts for shares loaned out..who act just like traders.
months back i was buying up that big sellers shares but there was active trading working against me...if that trader wants back in he can buy my shares at higher prices..unless he wants to bring it down further to shake the tree...
wonder how many longs have sold out under the pressure..
