may be you are right but I dont understand the knocking down SP part of it. How much and how long they do it and by doing it too much are they not losing prospective investors. who in the right mind invest in a stock promo or not that lost 98% of the value in one month and technicals look so bad even to touch it with a 100 foot pole.

I think thats what happening here. everyone is scared to death to buy RARS even at these prices.

I wish good luck to the promoters they need it... lol jmho
