If anyone wants shares, 5 weeks isn't all that long. OK, it is possible that the SEC asks them to tweak a few things so we have a bit longer wait. But then again I would expect to see the PPS creep up as we get closer to the deadline. So, time it running short.
For the longest time, investing in IDLM has been a balancing act of not wanting to pay too much or buy too soon, but still making sure to get enough shares while they are still cheap. I believe this is about to change, with buyers soon to be far outnumbering sellers.
