Maybe useless was the wrong word...but if 99.9% of traders can't see that trade then it does little to provoke interest in the stock. Not to mention that it sounds ludicrous for someone to pay .25 for a .000 stock.

no OTCBB or pink stocks trade after hours,they can only be traded during the market.the .25 you saw was just a late print by a MM and btw no one would pay .25 for a pos .0001 stock
