They have 1.9 billion tons of proven coal reserves. Even if the U.S. quit using coal tomorrow. Lol! There is a huge list of countries that can't survive without it. Go pcx

It's sad but true. We in the U.S.A have went from producers to importers. In the big picture does it matter what rules and regulations the U.S. puts on it. As long as they get Their tax they could care less where it goes.
