I really don't have a clue. I was expecting news many weeks ago. So, now I just sit and wait.

We should soon get updates from the company on merger closing, merger fins, audited financials, uplist to sec reporting exchange with S-1 filing, etc.

I spoke with Gary P recently and he told me things are getting done, slower than he wants, but they are getting done.
