Actually, he's been wrong here quite a bit; for a while he was batting practically zero .. then came the call to where we dropped, and he was correct. Truth is, if he or any chartist could be right most of the time on penny stocks, he would be a billionaire within a year .. I don't see that happening any time soon. He plays the averages, and plays it safe, and makes money I have no doubt.
