With the difficulties ERHC has had with getting JV partners for Chad and the EEZ I am not sure if I want ERHC to get the whole block or not. I guess on the upside the Kenyan block should be a slam dunk as far getting a JV partner while I expect both Chad and the EEZ to continue to be a challenge. I think it is important to understand the actual relative value of the blocks instead of trying to convince people that all blocks are created equal and are equally prospective. They are not. I do think in the EEZ the problems of getting a JV partner has more to do with deepwater costs and less to do with their prospectivity. With Chad it is pretty obvious these aren't first-class blocks and few people are interested.

Concur. Just got back from the Dr. office and received a similar response from CAMAC.

Great followup work, S1!

Looks like we have a definitive answer (if all goes well with ERHC's PSC signing).

Bravo, ERHC! Thanks for getting the confirmation, Strategyone! Now hoping Ntephe will pile on some detail within the fortnight.

Good day,

More proof EO is not washed up in the political arena as some think here!
