Nocona uses hourly candlesticks that end on the half-hour (ie, 10:30, 11:30, etc.) except for the last bar that ends at 4:00. So according to the system there was no cover order, although I can see that an 11:00-ending bar might well have covered the short.
Of course, with enough of a downdraft there could still be a signal today. . .
No change yet, Janet. Interesting though that the RSI 4 hit 26.1 at 10:30 then hit 73.5 at 1:30 for a nice quick little gain today. FreeMarkets mentioned using RSI 4 with 26/71 as his buy/sell numbers.
