The Pump and Dump has some credibility, the problem
here as I see it several hundred million shares have to trade
before this stock moves past the .01 bid.

Also Mr. Swank has to be very careful if he is planning
a Dump and Pump scheme, because Federal agencies have
gotten so many complaints a Special Unit I am told was set
up to crack down and make headlines in the near future.
