Jays lawyer I believe was the lawyer that won the case for the Fishers when they found the Atocha years ago. So we all know that he knows!! his Shi@ !! As far as Spain I don't believe they filed anything in the time frame that had to be done? Only my opinion of course. Biggest thing is there is no ship to point to and say this is where they came from for sure! I'm betting on the WW2 ship that sank in the area!!
