IMO it is best to say nothing unless there is REAL news to convey.That's what periodic SEC required financail reports are for! Have a little patience until the next required report approx. 7/15. That should then tell ALL stockholders how FCPG is doing........

Pack, I am sure that those accountants and auditors are working very hard at this very moment to set a new record for this company to prove that thanks to the services of the Rochester firm First China has dispelled any erroneous belief by some investors that all Chinese IPOs are the same. Rotenberg is on the list as one of the top 100 accounting firms in the country and they want to be sure that any company that uses their services will file with the SEC ON TIME!

This is the first time that Rotenberg is not depending on any other auditor to provide material for filing, and therefore it must be assumed that the 10Q will be filed within normal deadline. If a postponement is requested we will all know the reason why it took place this time!

I will tolerate the lack of communications from a fledgling company - what i cannot tolerate any longer is late filings. I will sell all if that happens again and take my 50% ( albeit expensive) losses.
