Ex-CEO..not applicable to CWRN or PAN AMERICAN.

Why not? Cotton is still a manager of PanAmerican Mineral Ventures LLC.

I believe the LLC merely is a vehicle to hold Bob and Sharons shares on behalf of CWRN shareholders- as I've noted many times and indicated by many PR's- "under contract with and held in trust for CWRN"-

LLC's typically shelter the assets from things like private lawsuits.
E.g if they were involved in a car accident and somebody sued for an amount in excess of insurance the plaintiff normally could not access the assets held in an LLC.

So, many people create LLC's to protect certain assets-not expensive for a lawyer to create and can use business store do it yourself form books to do the same.
It is not some mysterious sky is falling thing-such as Baja license plates in Baja

Bob and Sharon have explicitly stated in many PR's that the LLC is on behalf of-for the protection of CWRN shareholders-so it cannot be used to harm such.

So somebody could not get Bob and Sharons shares and change course to the detriment of shareholders-seems like a wise thing thing to do.
