Another huge plus about what you just mentioned is the US in particular has made it impossible for new coal mining companies to exist. PCX has billions of dollars of coal it is only a matter of time. The other thing is if coal demand comes on stronger PCX with finish its expansion project and it will be producing a large quantity of Met coal and that is money and demand.
