The poster who said that there is an email was inaccurate. There is no email that sates that. Notice, I asked him to produce that quote and no response. I read all the emails in the Affidavit and none state that.
Again, the only thing that ties this to the Fishers is the diver, Kent. All of the other 50 pages has nothing to do with anything about the Fishers.

And so why is the judge continuing? Rhetorical of course. Fishers need some sort of reprimand on this one.
