Other than his cool avatar of Sting in Dune, he is a paid basher. Don't respond to him, he gets paid every time you do. He has been shown several times that Ironridge cannot sell until the winter, and by calculating the amount of shares they were issued, based on the OS when they were issued it, they are expecting to sell their shares at a much higher price than where it is at this point. They are restricted from selling per contract until the winter. By then, this stock will be at .10. Then IR can sell their stock and pay the debt back.
