Georgia location is FOR LEASE

That's what I'm seeing online... all 2,868 SF of this "office & distribution warehouse" is FOR LEASE. And let me tell you folks.. that ain't that big!!!

Some people here have claimed "EMAX Media" had a 2,700' office there. The following states unit# 116 is 2,868'with a 2,600' office. Well 2,868 minus 2,600= a warehouse measuring 268' (or 10'x 26.8' --with a 20' ceiling and drive-in door). I think the numbers must be reversed. I'm betting it's a 2,600' warehouse with a 268' office. I'm also betting the reason it's all still for lease is because Roxy wrote a rubber check or backed out!

This document lists the address of the "registered agent" and "incorporator" (Catherine Tanner) of Emax Media in Georgia as being 351 Thornton Rd, Suite 116, Lithia Springs, GA 30122. http://corp.sos.state.ga.us/imaging/19798157.pdf

These websites show space #116 as being a 2,868 SF "Distribution Warehouse" Rental Rate: $7.50 /SF/Year, Ceiling Height: 20 ft.
Suite 116: 2600 Sq. Ft. Ofc; 1 Drive-In Door. They also show the space as currently being available for LEASE!

Of course this does not necessarily mean Emax actually has an office or operations at this any other address in Georgia. in fact, you'll note the articles of incorporation list the "principal mailing address" as being her Universal Studios mail drop.

Finally, remember that Roxana set up this version of Emax in Georgia ONE DAY AFTER the SEC suspended the trading of Emax on April 2nd!!! Coincidence? You tell me.
