Could very well be in this case. I don't know why they wouldn't have called you back, unless they were already skittish from the flood of nasty messages that might have very well come before your attempt at contact. Could just be your message fell through for whatever reason--bad timing, power disruptions, etc. I'd suggest contacting them again, if you like. Of course, the Fortis-UK and Fortis-SA DID return my call and both said they had never heard of either BI or KRYRON.
