Doesn't a R/S only affect the O/S while the A/S remains the same?

JLTG what would your opinion be if they were able to record revenue in excess of 30 million for Q2 and NOT have any backorders, and with any profit (even $100k)?

From my math that would be an additional $15million in revolving cash (nearly a 100% increase from prior Q) and without loosing their increasing growth/market share......(would this signal they finally got financing?)

One of the main factors I will completely agree with you on is the shortage of cash...and the neccesity of said CASH to ensure that MP growth is sustained....

Basically they can't come up with the money to pay the producer/distributor of produce more product that they could have essentially already sold,,,(but obviously you can't sell product you don't have) because they are waiting for checks from buyer that may be Net 60, Net 90, who knows?

If Muscle Pharm is still in an intense domestic and global market expansion, then a huge percentage of revenue is, by necessity, being dedicated to that expansion process.

This is undeniable and very positive to fully appreciate because it has overwhelmingly optimistic implications.

For example, look at Warren Buffett's investment over the past 7 years in Wells Fargo. This represents his second largest holding next to Coca Cola and we should have expected shares in Wells Fargo to have heavily appreciated in those 7 years, but their 'big picture' is still being consolidated and Warren Buffett sees this and is being very patient.
