And let's not forget the fact that the current market cap is $6.8 million (25,470,991 shares x 27 cents per share) for a company with no real assets (except stolen assets from Imperia Entertainment), no real revenues...and a doubtful business plan...

IMO, IFLM is about $6.6 million overvalued...
