MF4: We simply need to change the Constitution to limit voting only to those who are NET TAX PAYERS, even it is a nominal sum. If you live off the government and have no income other than government transfer paymets you are inelligible to vote. Only the nation's producers should have the right to vote for the Representatives that tax and spend our money. The recipient class should be disenfranchised until such time as they earn their way into the right to vote. As it stands now the ever growing recipient class vote in more big government liberals to provide more and more entitlements. If we passed this one Constitutional amendment we'd eventually have a government more attuned to the needs of the producing class and less to the recipient classes.
