That he would mention ANYTHING of this nature outside of a public disclosure is what would floor me. If, indeed, a r/s is their plan ... this is very much material information. Perhaps he misunderstood or misheard or something... because pointing to a r/s as the outcome without a PR sounds pretty much dangerous to me. Perhaps on the edge of legality?
What would the r/s accomplish? To me... the only reason that the dirty word should be coming up at all is as a means to get uplisted to the AMEX. Once again, how they go about it... if it happens... is very important to me. If they start diluting to max out shares, it is an obvious signal for me that the only reason they are here is to rob us (particularly since they recently PRed a buyback). If we remain on this sort of edge of worthwhileness... it will concern me.
If we see a significant increase in pps (which is pretty much up to MSLP at this point) along with some momo and real PRs that they are making real headway in the trust department... I will be on board with a r/s.
For me... improved financials along with some extra trust will go a long way here.
