Everything I have read would indicate the revenue's are going to be on FIRE.
It's the Fannie and Freddie put backs that have me scared to death.
rather you like it or not housing has bottomed and slowly working it's way back to some normalcy what ever that would be?? The days of falling home prices seem to be over... Unless gas goes back to over four bucks a gal.
I think the economy continues rebounding at a snails pace and I see unemployment will continue to drop going into 13. Election is going to make it harder to judge 13 and going forward...
