I do believe it can. Can me or anyone promise it? No.
In order for it to happen, they have to execute on their plan (i.e. no toxic financing, execute Phase 3 and 4...i.e. pull up gold), continue to get rid of liabiities, which will come with revenue from the gold).
It also could happen by way of paid promotion (example: NSRS, which had an incredible run to $1.75 this year)...but I do not want that as it would become dilutive (as shown by its current price), and GDSM has said they have decided not to go down that road.
I do expect the promotion (not through dilutive measures) to increase as we get into 4Q12.
Junior mining plays do have the ability to make huuuuge runs, if you look historically. I believe someone posted a chart of what happened in 1979/1980.
Gold is now more than double the prices back then, and doesn't look to be going under $1500/ounce, and more than likely will be approaching $1900-$2000 as we continue to pull up gold.
It has been a rough few months with the quietness and people who have/had alterior motives, but we will be entering a nice stretch, as the year goes on.
Again, nothing guaranteed, but if you ask me the potential, the potential is huge (which I would consider .25+), if any of the above scenarios were to happen.
