CORRECT , the Lawyers and funders with aps are not in SWTR filings.

I think I'm gonna listen and just hold my moola until next week.

I believe TBX is next week for sure. Something is telling me that APS won't be until the following Monday (July 16th). If my "guessing" is good, APS did the pick May 14th and supposed to run it 2 months. That puts it approx July 14th (Saturday), so IF they have a contract to where they can't do anything until after 2 months, then that puts it right around July 16th

I also have a feeling TBX knows this and wants to beat APS to the punch
