YOU GOT THAT RIGHT. No POP comming. Even recent PPS history tells one that. The .05 range is GONE. The .04 range is GONE. SOON the .03 range will be GONE. Down trend still in tack here. And after a LARGE R/S it will still be there. Holders here believe a POP is comming. Ya sure. Pumpers are just day traders for fractional pennies.
