does anyone really believe that a bank in italy(of course it is always overseas) would give a speculative company 40 million euros. all banks in italy are suspect and i do think the loan requirements have tightened significantly. hang on to your wallets.

GWBU Issued Confirmation of EURO 40,000,000 Bank Guarantee from BNL Gruppo BNP Paribas

Be interesting to see whether that's true. I'm inclined to doubt it. BNL is a real bank.
