Thank you, for your kind remarks about my post. Thank you more for your first post, which was far smarter than mine.

I appreciate your long, difficult fight to keep this company going against terrible market conditions and those who will benefit by undermining your efforts. Someday, those who hung tough with you will look back and thank you and MWW management for everything you did. I choose not to wait. I thank you now.

We have to let Mazda, Ford and all other possible contacts know what they did to the share holders. Just forwarding Rainer's lies will help bring MWWC to their Knees. Just knowing that Rainer used IHUB for his platform will send a message if every one takes part. I just want to bring it back full circle. Go after any possible contract.

Please explain to the board the horrible filing released today. Why don't you come by the board and post like before and say something for mgt's awful decisions?

Care to address the various issues regarding MWW growth, contract #s, financing arrangements now and in the future, AS and share structure? Please have Chuck and/or the chairman address if you're uncomfortable facing the shareholders.

Rainer, Perhaps you can address as you haven't posted or promoted in quite some time:

First a few weeks after this last post you performed a massive Reverse split. Now we are at rock bottom of that new capital structure. Please shed some light on a few things for shareholders, after all you are Investor Relations.

**The recent PRs have stated how MWW understands how important investor communication is and will dispense information consistently including pursuit of sustained awareness campaigns, CONSERVATIVE financing, and further contract winning. Well the status of the Conservative financing has not been addressed. Its a little late now I know, but at least clear this up.

**Capital Structure: You diluted to almost 2 billion or approx 600 billion pre-RS. Now that is absolutely outrageous. There is no way to sugar coat that. But, maybe you can Cleary detail how to stop the faucet of uncontrollable selling. What is your response?

** How will mgt's unsalvageable reputation be presented to these new crop of investors you will eventually target for investment?
