They put up huge dairy barns in about 2 days!!

The framing is the easy part.

For the roofing they use the younger more nimble kids.

On their belt loop they tie a rope.
On the other end of the rope is a pair of 'vise-grips'.

You guessed it....clamp on to the metal roofing with the vise-grips, run up one side of the rafter and down the the other. Brothers waiting to nail the sheet in place....all day long.
