Where is the acceptable line between not enough and too much?

It comes across as completely hollow/shallow when the ONLY time he suddenly decides to provide such regular O/S updates after 6 friggin' years...is AFTER a whopping 1.2 BILLION discounted shares were already handed out in the 1st 5 and a half months this year!

And what's the point of repeatedly stating "no issuance at this time" 3 times now over the past 18 calendar days while not providing one single detail on what's happening with potential ongoing 504 and debt note dilution versus the much bally-hooed friendly financing possibility???

Darned if he does darned if he doesn't comes down to judgement calls from observers who are constantly trying to understand the grand design behind the reasons for the ongoing financial results versus the .0001 X .0002 share price after 6 years of ongoing best efforts!
