Good point, however: 1. If the hospitals in "socialist medical environments" are not concerned with "time pressures", then the 90 minute turnaround will not be an issue for them - you can't have it both ways. 2. In 30 years Shannon/Zoutman & co. have undoubtedly also worked with counterparts in the U.S. and many other countries - so I reiterate - surely they are aware of the time constraints in hospitals.
