sounds like you're already short. once again, restating that the stock hasn't performed well since April means nothing, except that it's time to buy. Nothing goes in one direction for too long without substancial reason to justify, which even dilution does not here, at .03/share. Trends swing. People take advantage of other people stuck in trends.
