Undeniable is the fact that those points you bring up are not showing any revenue results that allow the company to sustain itself. Its been 6 miserable years of data and lack of execution that has brought this company to its knees looking for required fundage to limp into the future. This refinancing one way or the other will be a tipping point...but it won't tip in favor of account balances. R/S will not be a shareholder favorable result in any way shape or form...thats also a fact. I'll leave the speculation/conspiracy theories to others. I personally will use the 6 yr historical data patterns and negative results Eric has delivered on and not the hopes and dreams those needing to come true who hold this. I suggest use the facts and data otherwise the pink syndrome will devour the real speculators here, their money.

So far exactly as many skeptics predicted at the start of the year...the supposed refinancing endlessly blogged about by the CEO here has resulted in nothing more than over 1.2 BILLION freshly issued discounted debt note and 504 shares handed out in the 1st 6 months of this year...while all the remaining longs anxiously await the next best efforts glorious blog on the subject lol.

Funny how the subject of supposed refinancing is the main focus going on behind the scenes nowadays now that the A/S is almost maxed out.

Why wasn't the subject of supposed refinancing raised 3 or 4 years ago well before the float bloating took place?

6 years and almost 5 BILLION discounted shares into the dream the last remaining hope here to explain away the completed stagnated growth/results...is to pitch miracle man friendly financing dreams so the last remaining longs can still cling to hopes/dreams that their shares are not worthless compared to the much higher pps levels they bought them over the years.

yes, but the reality of it is .. loyal long shareholders have been handed a 99% loss .. after 6 years. I don't believe there is a normal person in the world who would consider this as anything other than one of the worst investments anyone could have ever made

banking on , he said, she said, what if, maybe some day, soon, close, any day now, faith, wishes and hope

simply does not cut it for investors
