why would they file a subsquent events tab when they plan on filing Q1 within a couple of wks of filing K?
I think you are missing what is going on, or maybe I am being to liniar.
To get current with sec they need to file their out of date paperwork in order due. They are not required to report on current events yet, so the focus is to get old filings done in order, and then when upto date start filing current events.
If I was the managment at sney I wouldn't file up to date info in a document from 6 months ago.
