IVAN seems rather closely held as things go so guess they could manufacture such a move. Thing is it has been slipping pretty regular lately prior to late Friday dump.
The dump seems pretty well organized for end of month. Thus far this am lot of small share sizes @0.61

I don't think Carlos has ever bought any shares of IVAN or even owns any shares? But he probably got some through stock options.
