The K was for December 2011, not for any part of 2012. Why would anything learned, discovered, etc in 2012 be part of a 2011 report?

The 1Q should be a little more informative in the regards you are questioning, but even then I am not expecting much. I think they are keeping everything close to the chest so to speak until ce lifted, which is why the 3rd Q for 2012 should be the most imformative in regards to actual numbers and revenue. IMO

Your saviness for detail is what makes you a valuable asset as a contributor to the board. I agree with some of your points, but the main focus and foundation of what SNEY is trying to build and what the investors have been looking for is becoming current and removal of CE. We are there and are moving in the right direction. I believe your questions will be answered in due time although it has been a slow ride up to this point.
