Its Fair. I agree with it. The analysis captures the BS as of 12/31/2011 and what we currently think the remaining assets will be. Keep in mind, our valuaton on LAMCO is in the high range with this calc. The 53.92 could be less. But nonetheless its in range.....thanks....go figure.....devil
