3-5 bagger = 3X-5X current PPS is a good first target on a "POP" with news of further developments IMO.
Solid meaty news of a deal with one of the big boys will "RUN" this stock much higher than that IMO. We'll just have to wait and see what we get. I feel like this one will be win/win from these levels. Go EVPH!
