yea but this delays their ability to sell the product. its supposed to be on the market anytime now, however if they choose to fight the trademark case it could be another year or so. Plus, whoever owns the tequila company did in fact violate the law and will get their trademark to the name cancelled. Since beneficial is now supposebly the marketer of the product I expect a pr about this very soon but judging from the way greg is running the company their probably won't be one
