I think the problem is qredf is off the radar. Back when the stock peaked we had the hot topic of China threatening to restrict rare earths to other countries, Quantum was on Fox Business news as a smart money buy, and there were more exciting PR's ect. Those are important catalysts that are specs in the rear view mirror now. It doesn't take much to move a penny stock like this whether it be up or down. The director has created an artificial price and for anyone buying in or adding it's a gift to get in so low. If this stock were mentioned by a big name tomorrow it would probably set a new record high.

Has the Rare Earth Bubble Finally Burst?

Just noticed this article today. If you look around, most REE stocks are way below their highs. Hopefully the one's we're in are among the 5-10% that will make it.
