Guess that would depend on the qualifications of the assessor. It appears that the promo was prompted by an unnamed third party. Val took advantage of this gift by selling into it. Although I do not like the idea of increasing the OS, I have to give him credit for being alert enough to take advantage of the situation. Not happy about the OS increase, but what a beautiful move on the part of the CEO….Not exactly a clown or buffoon move is it?

The CEO paid for it plain and simple. It does not pay 3rd party. They will NOT tell you who paid but it clearly does not say third party. He has done this in the past and it's all documented. ;-)
