There are a ton of filings that are, at this point, more important than the buyback filing. There are financial filings from 2011 and first part of 2012, cancellation of Ironridge deal, change of location and many others. Heck, it took him one full week to just do a PR. This is, of course, not counting all the business operations he has to take care of.
